Refund policy

Sûr Glam will refund or replace any goods purchased on surglam.com under the following conditions: 

1. Products are found to be faulty or damaged.

2. Products are out of stock. 

3. Payment made to the order is accidentally charged twice. Please email our team to start the refund process. 

  

Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt and inspection of the returned products. Please be reminded it can take approximately 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding freight and any other relevant fees, including taxes, if any. 

Please be sure to return your products to the correct address. Read below for the correct return address based on where you received your product order.
