Shipping policy

AT SÛR GLAM, OUR NUMBER ONE CONCERN IS TO KEEP OUR TEAM AND COMMUNITY SAFE DURING THIS UNCERTAIN TIME REGARDING COVID-19. 

At the moment all orders are shipping as normal. We will continue to serve our community to the best of our ability and to the highest standard.

Standard Shipping - RM 7.90 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM 17.00 for Sabah & Sarawak

Free Standard Shipping - orders of RM 150 or more. Please note your order total must reach RM 150 or more after any discounts have been applied. 

 

How long does shipping usually take?

Our products typically ship between 1-2 business days of ordering. Domestic shipping may take up to 3-5 business days to deliver depending on your location. Shipping to East Malaysia may take a little longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

There may be shipping delays related to COVID-19 and in some areas subject to Malaysia's government movement control orders. 

Do you ship internationally?

As of now, we only ship within Malaysia. We encourage you to follow us on Instagram (@sur.glam) for updates on international shipping being available in the future.

Can I cancel my order?

If you place an order and want to cancel it, please email our customer service team at hello@surglam.com. There is no guarantee your order can be canceled, but our team will look to see if it was processed yet.
